Vivid Mfg. Art Specifications

We use object oriented, vector based software to create artwork. File formats accepted in order of preference are: .ai (Adobe Illustrator) files, .PDF vector files, .SVG vector files .EPS vector files, .DWG vector files, and .DXF vector files - WITH ALL OF THE TEXT IN THE FILE CONVERTED TO PATHS or OUTLINES.

No embedded images in files. Please send any placed files (such as .TIFF files, .EPS files, etc.) separately. There is a charge to make the art production ready.

Raster files such as .PSD (Photoshop), .PNG, .TIFF, .BMP, and .JPEG may be submitted, but additional art charges may apply to make these files production ready. Raster files must be at 100% size at 600 ppi to be considered camera ready.

We accept art files on CD or via e-mail if the file size is less than 10MB. If it is larger than 10MB, please contact your sales representative or the art department for specific FTP instructions.
